Hello, I'm Dr. Mamta Agarwal, a passionate and dedicated counseling psychologist with over 10 years of experience in mental health and stress management. I hold a B.Ed, M.Phil, and Ph.D. in Psychology, along with a postgraduate diploma in Vocational Guidance and Career Counseling. I,m gold medallist in my academics. alongside specialized training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Color Therapy, and various other therapeutic modalities.
Throughout my career, I have published research papers and contributed chapters to renowned journals and books. I have had the privilege of presenting my work at numerous national and international seminars, conferences, workshops, and congresses. As an editor for well-established research journals, I have reviewed multiple research papers, further honing my expertise in the field.
I am proud to be a member of the Indian Counselling Association (CRN-5901796), Career Naksha, National Career Counselling Institute (CCICN 1044554001) and the Counsellor Council of India (ICA 242005767). Over the years, I have conducted workshops covering vital mental health topics such as stress management, suicide prevention, mental health awareness, exam phobia, focus enhancement, and moral values.
My professional journey began as a PGT Psychology teacher at BDS International School in Meerut, followed by my role as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at KanoharlalSnatakotarMahilaMahavidyalay in Meerut. These experiences, along with my work with schools, institutions, corporations, NGOs, and private hospitals, have helped me specialize in career counseling, relationship counseling, adolescent and adult counseling, and various mental health challenges.
